Honey Mustard Sausages
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
Serves: 8 as a party snack
Function: Quickstart 180°C
Fan Assisted 180°C
15 ml (1 tbsp) sunflower oil
40 cocktail sausages
45 ml (3 tbsp) clear honey
30 ml (2 tbsp) wholegrain mustard
15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
Preheat the oven to 180°C using Quickstart function then select Fan Assisted function.
Pour the oil into a large roasting pan and heat in the oven for 5 minutes. Add the sausages and toss well in
the oil.
Place in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Meanwhile stir the honey and mustard together.
Drain the sausages well on kitchen paper and wipe out the roasting pan. Return the sausages to the pan and
mix in the honey and mustard.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes or for 10 – 15 minutes if cooking from cold. Place on a dish with cocktail
sticks.
