Quickstart 200°C
Bottom heat 200°C)
Use Britannia’s basic pizza dough recipe
50g cocoa powder
75g dark brown sugar
50g unsalted butter, at room temperature
200g crème fraiche
50g plain chocolate, roughly chopped (70% cocoa solids)
100g mini Marshmallows
Preheat the oven using the Quickstart function. Place a shelf two shelf positions from the base of the oven, then select pizza function or bottom heat for older Britannia appliances without the Pizza function. Meanwhile, roll the pizza dough into a 30cm or two 150cm circles and place on a buttered baking tray. Sieve the cocoa powder and brown sugar together, sprinkle over the pizza base, then dot evenly with the butter. Place in the oven for 15 – 20 mins. Remove from the oven and spoon over the crème fraiche and sprinkle over the chocolate and marshmallows. Return to the oven for a further 5-10 minutes, until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Cut into wedges and serve.
Tip: For children’s parties, replace the marshmallows with Smarties™ and use milk chocolate instead of plain chocolate.
