When your range cooker has been paid in full and has been delivered, you will then need to download the Claim Form (at the bottom of this page) making sure you fill in all the fields.

Please make sure you attach a copy of your credit/debit card receipt, showing full payment with the Claim Form. No claim will be accepted without this proof of payment.
