Recommended cooker hoods for cream range cookers
You have a cream range cooker, or maybe you are planning to buy one, but you’re not sure which cooker hood to buy?
Here’s our list of recommended cream cooker hoods.
Please note that these hoods are suitable for ducting out or recirculating. The recommended ducting outlet is 150mm for all models. If you are planning to have your hood in recirculation mode, then charcoal filters can be purchased separately. All hoods feature dishwasher-proof grease filters.
1. Latour cooker hood
The Latour cooker hood is available in a two-tone finish – combining stainless steel with cream. It’s available in gloss cream (to suit Delphi range cookers) and in Matt Cream (to match Fleet and Wyre range cookers).
The Latour cooker hood has a powerful extraction rate of 1,000 m3/h (single motor) or 2,000 m3/h (twin motor or the 150cm hood only)! The Latour hood is extremely quiet, too – starting with a noise level of only 30 dB for the lowest speed level (for a single motor). That’s almost imperceptible to the human ear.
The Latour hood is available in widths of 90cm, 100cm, 110cm and 120cm.
2. Brioso cooker hood
The smooth lines of the Brioso cooker hood will suit most kitchen designs. The cooker hood is available in 90cm and 100cm. It has an extraction rate of 800 m3/h. The Brioso is available in Matt Cream to match Fleet and Wyre range cookers.
3. Arioso cooker hood
The angular Arioso cooker hood is best suited to contemporary kitchens. It is available in Gloss Cream and sizes 90cm – 120cm, to match Delphi range cookers. It has an extraction rate of 750 m3/h.
4. Canopy cooker hoods
Canopy hoods suit any range cooker colour as they are neatly hidden in a kitchen cabinet or over mantle. The Intimo has an extraction rate of 750 m3/h. It also features ASC – Advanced Sensor Control. The hood is automatically switched on when the sensor detects steam, vapours or smoke. It will also switch the hood off when it no longer detects any steam or odours. The Intimo hood can also be operated manually.
