Eating seasonably has many benefits, including saving you money, providing you with the nutrients you need during each different seasons and helping to cut down on exports, thus benefiting the environment.

Despite the many benefits, lots of people don’t consider cooking seasonably and stick to a set number of meals throughout the year. They don’t consider when their ingredients are freshest, and what types of food tastes better when.
