At Britannia we design range cookers that cook as well as they look. And all our range cookers feature Quickstart and a programmer – especially for those with a busy lifestyle. Our multifunctional ovens have 9 functions in total - we’ve included recipes for each oven function in our instruction manual so that you can try them all. Our cooking instructions are simple: Enjoy!
Quickstart
Why wait? Britannia's unique "Quickstart" feature enables all 60cm main ovens to reach the ideal cooking temperature of 200°C in just six minutes. That’s around three times faster than most ordinary ovens, which can really take the heat off you in the kitchen - especially when you're pressed for time.
Multifunctional
Britannia multifunctional ovens provide you with the flexibility to prepare dishes using the best cooking style for your recipe. By selecting different elements within the oven, the heat can be directed to the required cooking area. For further information, please have a look at our oven functions.
Grilling
Each of our ovens features an adjustable grill. This means that a double oven range cooker will have grills in both ovens. What’s more, our multi-functional ovens (all 60cm and 90cm wide ovens) feature fan-assisted grilling. It’s much easier to grill chops, sausages or chicken portions using the fan-assisted grilling option, because you only need to turn and baste the food once. And because fan assisted grilling is done with a closed oven door, it is a safe way of grilling when small children are in the kitchen. For extra grilling options, check out our 100cm XG and 110cm XG range cookers – these all feature a separate grill compartment.

Different speed burners
Whether you are preparing a delicate mustard sauce, an Oriental vegetable stir-fry or boiling a large pan of water for pasta, our hobs have the perfect gas burners or electric zones for your recipes. You can even melt chocolate directly in the pan when using our induction hob.
Please note that all gas burners are convertible to LPG (bottled gas).
Electronic programmer and minute minder
As well as having a 24 hour clock and minute minder, Britannia cookers feature an electronic programmer. You can programme the start and finish time of the oven, so enjoy an aperitif while your cooker takes care of the cooking!
